We’re seeking a multiple Billing Coordinators to join our clients' growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of billing experience within a professional services or law firm setting and be comfortable managing a high volume of billing activity with precision and professionalism. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, review, and distribute prebills and invoices in accordance with firm policies and deadlines. • Execute billing revisions and complex adjustments with accuracy and attention to detail. • Partner with the eBilling team to address invoice rejections and ensure timely resubmission. • Respond promptly and professionally to attorney and client billing inquiries. • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and maintain documentation of adjustments. • Participate in regular meetings with assigned billing attorneys to review status and updates. • Support billing process improvements and assist with special projects as assigned. • Maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times. Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of billing experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services organization. • Working knowledge of Elite 3E, InTapp Time, and/or Proforma Tracker preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required. • Strong organizational and communication skills with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness. • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Work Environment & Schedule • Hybrid schedule: anywhere between 1 to 3 days depending on the firm. • Collaborative, professional environment that values accountability, precision, and growth.
