This role is responsible for managing the full billing cycle, ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines, and supporting attorneys and staff in delivering accurate and timely invoices. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in E-Billing systems and law firm billing practices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Review and edit monthly prebills in accordance with firm policies and client • Manage the end-to-end E-Billing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance • Submit invoices through Aderant Expert • Resolve billing discrepancies and handle appeals • Collaborate with attorneys and staff on billing matters • Maintain billing records and generate reports • Support billing system updates and client inquiries Qualifications and Requirements • 5–10+ years of legal billing experience • Strong knowledge of E-Billing platforms (e.g., BillBlast) • Proficiency in Aderant Expert or similar software • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills Matura Farrington is an EEOC employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance and all other local, state and federal laws.
