Job Description The Opportunity: The Associate Manager Media Operations is a critical operational hub within Mattel's Global Influencer & Creator Marketing Center of Excellence. This role owns the day-to-day operational infrastructure that enables the global creator marketing function to move with speed, consistency, and accountability — across brand teams, regional markets, and agency partners. Reporting to the Director of Media Operations, this person is the connective tissue between strategy and execution. What Your Impact Will Be: Creator Contracting & Legal Operations Own and maintain the global creator contract tracker across all brand and regional activations, ensuring accuracy, up-to-date signature status, and proper filing of executed agreements Serve as the primary point of intake for new contract requests, coordinating with Mattel Legal to initiate, route, and close creator and influencer agreements Draft and adapt standard creator contract documents, briefs, and deal memos in partnership with Legal and the broader influencer team Maintain organized contract archives in Box, ensuring all teams have access to current, executed documents Budget, Finance & Purchase Orders Support the global influencer team in budget tracking, ensuring spend is logged accurately against campaign and brand budgets Process and track purchase orders, coordinate with Finance on invoice submissions, and flag discrepancies or timing issues to the Director, Media Operations Maintain budget trackers and assist with month-end and quarter-end reconciliation reporting Initial and manage all finance processes on the influencer team’s behalf such as managing systems like Clients & Profits, POs, invoicing etc. Partner with regional influencer leads to gather and log budget actuals, ensuring spend is accurately reflected in the global tracker on a monthly and quarterly basis. Agency Coordination Serve as a key operational liaison with Mattel's tiered creator agency partners (Publicis, Influential, Bobbie, and regional equivalents), managing brief trafficking, deliverable tracking, and reporting timelines Coordinate agency kick-off logistics, status calls, and recap documentation Track agency deliverables against contracted scopes and flag risks or delays to the relevant influencer lead Support onboarding of new agency partners with process documentation and access coordination Calendar & Activation Management Maintain and update the global influencer brand activity calendar, ensuring regional and brand-level activations are accurately reflected and accessible to all stakeholders Partner with regional marketing leads to align activation calendars, flag conflicts, and surface timing dependencies Coordinate team meeting logistics — standing agenda management, scheduling, and notes/action item tracking for global and regional influencer team calls Asset & Content Management Own the influencer team's asset management infrastructure in Box — maintaining folder architecture, naming conventions, and access permissions Coordinate the upload and organization of campaign assets, creator content, and brand toolkits, ensuring materials are findable and current Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure assets are trafficked to agency and creator partners on schedule Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Required 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field; experience in influencer, creator, or entertainment marketing preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment PMP or CAPM certification preferred; Asana, Airtable, or Smartsheet platform certifications a plus Experience with contract or legal document coordination; comfort drafting and editing standard business documents High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Box; familiarity with budget tracking and PO processes Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Preferred Experience working within a global or matrixed marketing organization Prior experience working at or alongside a creative, media, or influencer agency, with a demonstrated ability to navigate cross-functional relationships across internal brand teams and external agency partners Candidates with agency backgrounds who understand how brand-side teams operate will ramp quickly and add immediate value. Job Description The Opportunity: Work in collaboration with the Toy Marketing Manager to manage the toy portfolio strategy, pricing, and product development pipeline. What Your Impact Will Be: Develop toy strategy by segment (core, premium, collector, preschool, etc.). Manage toy pricing architecture and competitive positioning. Partner with leadership to build 3–5 year toy product roadmaps, balancing innovation and refresh cycles. Own consumer/play insights specific to toy usage and play patterns. Collaborate with Design/R&D to bring toys from concept to shelf. Assist in coordinating with regional commercial teams in gaining buy-in to global product strategies at all levels Own toy business performance (revenue, margin, SKU productivity). Provide input to Brand Marketing on packaging, messaging, and feature storytelling. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: 5+ years (3 years with MBA) experience in brand marketing (on brand or agency side), franchise management/marketing, content marketing, or purpose-driven strategy/marketing. Project management: Managing complex product development timelines. Roles in category management, product marketing, or product development. Experience partnering with design and manufacturing. Background in CPG or toy companies, ideally with exposure to retail buyer dynamics. Strong quantitative/financial skills (forecasting, pricing, SKU productivity analysis). Product strategy & roadmap: Ability to define toy segments, pricing ladders, and innovation cycles. Collaboration with design/R&D: Comfort working with creative, engineering, and manufacturing teams. Retail/channel knowledge: Ability to leverage insights to build mass, specialty, and e-commerce distribution strategies. Business & financial management: Strong grasp of SKU productivity, margin targets, and overall toy category P&L. Financial acumen: Experience with P&L at the brand or category level. Communication skills: Excellent at storytelling, presentations, and influencing senior leadership. Strong PowerPoint creation and presentation skills, proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel *The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience. Job Description The Opportunity: Join Mattel's dynamic Global Logistics team as we expand our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) capabilities to support a rapidly growing $1B business. This high-impact role is a key leader within the DTC Logistics organization, working across iconic brands such as Mattel Creations, American Girl, and our global DTC channels. Reporting to the VP of NA Logistics, the Director of DTC Global Logistics will shape and execute the global logistics strategy, drive innovation in fulfillment and technology, and lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize operations and enhance the consumer experience. This is a strategic, matrixed role with significant enterprise visibility and influence, ideal for a forward-thinking logistics leader passionate about transforming the future of e-commerce fulfillment. What Your Impact Will Be: Key Responsibilities: • DTC Logistics fulfillment cost improvement through new technology implementation, operational and fulfillment capabilities, and efficiency improvements. • Collaborate cross functionally including DTC - Commercial, Marketing, Finance, IT, Consumer Care, Planning, Product Development, Procurement, Compliance, DTC DC Operations & Transportation. • Manage DTC technology implementations and DTC Logistics capital spend enabling future growth to $1 billion Direct-to-Consumer business. • Lead the integration of AG into the Mattel Logistics network, impacting $300 million in sales. • Responsible for implementing DTC Logistics network footprint strategy i.e. current network redesign change management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Program Manager for all global DTC Logistics initiatives. • Represent Logistics function on the DTC leadership team. • Develop strategic planning for supply chain & Logistics capability enhancement. • Manage DTC Logistics KPIs and targets. • Partner with Global Supply Chain and Global Technology Organization to develop technology-driven fulfillment strategy. • Build the US DTC physical Logistics network for competitive advantage. • Partner with IT, Procurement, and service providers for fulfillment data and systems integration. • Develop consumer feedback processes and collaborates with Consumer Care. • Execute and influence DTC returns policy. • Lead DTC capabilities to define, influence and deliver service level targets for competitive advantage. • Create and communicate Logistics and GSC performance scorecards for each DTC channel. • Scan the industry for DTC innovation and fulfillment best practices. • Lead DTC Logistics process improvement initiatives to improve service levels and reduce costs. Qualifications What We're Looking For: • 5+ years of experience supporting an online DTC (direct to consumer) business in a commercially focused operations management & fulfillment role with a brand, retailer or logistics company (e.g., FedEx, UPS, XPO, etc.). • Master's degree preferred in operations, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, or another related field. • Strong ownership mindset, cross-functional collaboration skills and a drive to deliver results. • Strong knowledge of digital technology landscape and tools. • Strong analysis, planning & financial acumen. • Passion for the constant evolution of e-commerce and how consumers are finding new ways to engage with brands. • Highly enthusiastic and hands-on business approach. • Strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills. • DTC IT O-I (order to invoice) systems experience preferred. • Experiencing leveraging/managing 3PL providers preferred. • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves. • The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience. Collaborate with IT teams to build database architecture that supports integration with customer-facing digital tools like collector apps.
