Develop and present associated business cases (1-pagers). • Lead change management activities to support product lifecycle management (e.g., EOL standard work) • Assess, prioritize, and drive changes related to product quality improvements, including cross-portfolio initiatives (e.g., cartridge-level changes and packaging) • Track Technical Product Management performance through OTD (PLM Sustain projects), Delivery, Margin Enhancement, Core Growth (VAVE cost reduction/OMX) and Quality PPM targets (CDT&R/Quality)
