Education or Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in field with 8+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 6+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Management, Medical or Diagnostic industries • Experience working in Operations, PCR and Genomics. • Experience working within the molecular IVD market and strong knowledge of current market products and competition is preferred Knowledge and Skills: • Understanding of clinical diagnostic products and markets • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various internal constituents, customers and other stakeholders • Excellent presentation skills • Technical knowledge and versatility to multi-task across a broad number of products and disease states • Demonstrated experience working with financial models and building business cases / cost justifications Other: • Mastery in spoken and written English • Fluency in other languages is an advantage • >25% travel, including international travel Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for delivery of PLM/Sustaining runway projects and contributing to the prioritization and roadmap management for on-market products, to ensure representation of the voice of the business and customer whilst managing tradeoff decisions. • Dedicated on-market portfolio owner, working cross functionally with Product Management, • Operations, Supply Chain, Product Transfer, Technical Publications, PMO, R&D, CDT&R, • Quality, Regulatory, VAVE and Customer Experience to drive mitigations and solutions. • Support the management of global registration planning and prioritization. • Protect the core business - conceive and action strategies to enhance product margin, quality, and efficiency. Develop and present associated business cases (1-pagers). • Lead change management activities to support product lifecycle management (e.g., EOL standard work) • Assess, prioritize, and drive changes related to product quality improvements, including cross-portfolio initiatives (e.g., cartridge-level changes and packaging) • Track Technical Product Management performance through OTD (PLM Sustain projects), Delivery, Margin Enhancement, Core Growth (VAVE cost reduction/OMX) and Quality PPM targets (CDT&R/Quality)
