Job Summary The Field Coordinator works for the Gas division and is responsible for training employees on Locusview and mapping. This position is in field so travel is a must in the DFW area. This position will work with field employees/personnel within the department. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities The Field Coordinator is responsible for supporting gas crews using Locusview. Train personnel in the field on a Locusview tablet. Able to create new or correct existing projects on a Locusview tablet. Able to safely drive a company vehicle to multiple jobs sites as required. Able to follow directions from field inspectors, Atmos, and supervision as needed. Able to follow directions using guidelines as needed. Perform other duties as required and/or assigned. Qualifications Minimum High school diploma, or equivalent. 1 year of gas utility construction experience. Must be fluent in English/Spanish. Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. Preferred 2 or more years of gas utility construction experience.

Responsibilities Job Summary The candidate will work on gas distribution projects and be responsible for project packets and drawings, review and correct Locusview for these projects to submit for Atmos approval. Coordinating with team members at Mastec and Atmos to create and correct projects. Create packets and drawings that reflect what team members have installed. Draw projects as they were mapped in Locusview. Review, correct, and submit Locusview projects as they are completed for packet completion. Coordinate with Mastec and Atmos to correct packets and Locusview. Communicate effectively internally and with external stakeholders. Work in a team-oriented environment. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to change. Experience in Bluebeam is a plus. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Associates degree preferred, or equivalent related experience with the design High School Education and/or Trade School Education. Must be proficient in CAD. (This equates to at least 1+ year work experience with CAD). TurboCAD is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, around energized equipment, in confined spaces, in heavy traffic and construction environment with proper PPE. Valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record for the past 5 years. Preferred Gas distribution knowledge a plus. TurboCAD experience a plus. Familiarity with Atmos packets preferred. Knowledge of distribution gas piping and fittings in order to identify components and how they are placed preferred. Knowledge of electrofusion and butt fusion joints. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Job Summary The Gas Distribution Operations Manager provides administrative and technical management for projects and direction of field operations through subordinate managers. This position manages field operations and works with customers, senior leaders, as well as personnel from various other departments. Responsibilities • Oversee total construction effort to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. • Interface with field managers, clients, subcontractors, and owners to assure customer satisfaction. • Plan, coordinate, and/or supervise activities of all operations' employees on assigned projects. • Confer with project personnel to update project schedules on a weekly basis. • Keep direct contact with projects in progress by visiting project sites. • Assist in disputes on all projects, negotiating as required to reach a resolution of construction problems. • Oversee all bid projects, including P&L responsibility and management of fleet assets dedicated to bid projects. • Work with Office Manager to ensure compliance with all internal reporting deadlines. • Prepare weekly revenue and cost reports. • Prepare and submit invoicing on a weekly basis. Work to resolve all accounts receivable invoices over 51 days. • Ensure all company, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to and interpret policies as required. • Cultivate and continuously seek to enhance an in-depth understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities. • Assist with implementation/interpretation of safety programs. Liaise with estimating to ensure projects comply with cost, revenue, and schedule. • Examine estimates of material, equipment, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Prepare status reports and modify schedules or plans as required. • Prepare project reports for management, client, or others, including dollar estimates to complete and variance analysis for significant items. • Analyze projects for adherence to budget and percentage of profitability. • Directly supervise 3 to 10 supervisors. • Carry out supervisory responsibilities such as training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints or resolving problems according to company policies. • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned. Qualifications • 10 years of experience Natural Gas Distribution Utility industry experience. • Experience with contractor Gas Distribution. • Previous supervisory experience. Preferred • 8 or more years of related experience, with significant supervisory experience. • OSHA 10 Certification.
