The National Accounts Execution Manager supports the implementation of strategic initiatives for National Customers and drives excellence in execution through communication and performance tracking. This role also coordinates across internal functions to assist National Account Managers with various business activities. | Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 to 7+ years of experience in a similar role is required, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. | The National Accounts Execution Manager plays a key role in supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives to win with our largest On and Off Premise National Customers. Reporting to the Head of National Accounts Off Premise, this position will drive excellence in execution through consolidation & communication of Customer activity both internally and externally along with tracking and reporting performance against in-outlet programming. Additionally, this role will orchestrate across key internal functions (Brand Marketing, Field Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance) to support the National Account Managers for RFP development, New Item presentations, and Business Review meetings. Responsibilities: Standardization of all National Account activities: Package up confirmed National Account Programming and new distribution authorizations weekly/monthly/quarterly, to drive consistency of approach and a consolidation of all MJUS activity. Communicate program details, timing and commercial expectations to both MJUS Regional Sales Managers and MJUS Wholesaler Trade Development / Chain Team via Chain Call Management System. Leverage syndicated data to build selling stories to help arm the NAMs with key insights & trends to secure new items and additional programming Assemble support materials for Request for Proposals (RFP’s), Customer / Wholesaler Business Reviews, SGWS Customer Planning Meetings. Performance Management: partner with Business Intelligence to manage annual volume/activity planning tool, manage KPI goals, prepare KPI scorecard monthly. Manage the maintenance of the National Account Compliance Report and provide National Account Directors and Managers weekly updates to drive improved in-outlet performance. Consolidate Pricing & Promotional activity across the markets for multi-state Customers. Lead Measurement & Evaluation (M&E) and best practices feedback across the National Account team, and more broadly across the Commercial organization. Lead commercial finance team to forecast sales volume, manage P&L, analyze business performance, and develop financial reporting tools. | Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, 7+ years finance/accounting experience, SAP knowledge, leadership skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. | As the Director of Commercial Finance, you will leverage business data and analytics to provide commercial and financial insights to drive business performance. You can connect the dots between the overall company strategy, commercial team needs and financial insights to create meaningful and actionable analysis and tools to grow overall profitability of the company. You work closely with the Commercial sales leadership to forecast and analyze volume plans and own the management of the margin driving pieces of the P&L including gross sales, discounts, and cost of product. You report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and manage a team of four people.. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Work hand in hand with the Commercial team in the forecasting of the annual sales volume plans for both shipments and depletions and develop a P&L forecast including Gross Sales, Excise Tax, Discounts and Cost of Product with grounding in the sales volume plan Analyze the monthly topline performance to understand variances from forecasted plan and provide commentary to various stakeholders Use commercial data and analysis to provide the business with insights to drive performance including VPM, pricing elasticity, promotional spend effectiveness and category management. Enhance our current processes around the management of state level performance measures including an eventual development/implementation of state level P&Ls Oversight of the Commercial and Marketing departments spend ensuring alignment with overall strategy and budget considerations Continue to partner with HQ and other subsidiaries on the development and rollout of a new reporting tools Assist in the review of company pricing strategy, and oversight of the implementation and execution of the plan Driving ROI mindset and repurposing resources for bigger commercial impact Develop financial management of new/growing segments of the business such as e-commerce Responsibilty over the Annual Budget process and reforecasting submissions including all margin driving aspects of the P&L and Marketing spend.
