Overview Marchay is seeking a creative, strategic and highly organized Content & Communications Lead to define and amplify our brand voice across every touchpoint: social media, editorial, newsletters, and public relations. You will create thoughtful content that matches Marchay’s sophisticated persona, foster industry relationships and further our presence across different social media, all with the goal of positioning our group as the authority on private luxury travel. This is a unique role with very high impact and ownership at a fast-paced, rapidly growing company. This person will act as Marchay’s content Swiss army knife. You will work directly with Marchay’s small leadership team and will drive all components of our content and voice curation. We are looking for someone with multiple years of experience in all things content and positioning who is eager to own and execute. Responsibilities Social Media: Polish and grow Marchay’s various social media though consistent and curated posting Craft content and create accompanying calendar Own and execute posts on all platforms Deliver monthly reports on growth and performance Content Partnerships: Establish publication relationships and facilitate recurring contributions Foster relationships with like-minded publications in luxury travel Create collateral and pitch ideas to share Marchay’s insider travel knowledge Oversee features, mentions and recurring article contributions Newsletters & Editorial: Create, distribute and promote Marchay’s internal and external newsletters and blog posts Work with Marchay’s travel advisory team to ideate content Write thoughtful, sophisticated and novel copy on various themes and topics in luxury travel Produce and distribute newsletters and track engagement and performance Public Relations: Grow Marchay’s authority and reputability through features on best-of lists, media meetings and mentions in articles Who you are: This role is fully remote, but you are based in the U.S. and willing to work Eastern Standard Time (9am-6pm) Bachelor's degree is required Several years of experience in social media, editorial, content, communications or brand marketing, preferably in the luxury space. Candidates must have experience crafting and managing social media posts and profiles. Role Overview We are seeking a People Manager to lead Marchay’s HR and organizational processes. The majority of this role (~75%) focuses on all things people, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee support, and more. The remaining responsibilities (~25%) supports operations such-as companywide scheduling, internal systems upkeep, and relevant project management. The ideal candidate is people-focused, detail-oriented, ready to wear many hats, and eager to help scale a growing organization. As Marchay’s sole people leader, this role is key to our company’s daily operations as well as ensuring employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities People Management • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns. • Manage performance review processes and support employee retention initiatives. Recruitment & Development • Lead and facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes, employee onboarding and offboarding. • Oversee employee development and training programs. • Maintain candidate pipelines and weekly recruiting reports. • Lead employee training, development, and organizational redundancy planning. HR Processes & Compliance • Create and maintain key company documents, including pillars, best practices, SLAs, employee handbooks, employee ownership, organizational charts, and organizational policies. • Maintain and update job descriptions for all roles. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate HR records. • Manage compensation policies, salary ranges, and ensure market competitiveness. Administration & Operations • Coordinate company-wide processes including goal setting, KPI tracking, and organizational meeting cadences. • Support leadership in creating presentations for company meetings and retreats. • Assist in select project management and operational items. • Ensure internal information systems are up to date. Requirements • Location: This role is fully remote. Candidates must be based in North America and willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours. • Education: A bachelor's degree is required for this role. • Experience: 2-5+ years in HR and people operations with experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, administrative support, and process coordination. • Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Strong communicator with proficiency in HR tools, office platforms, and project coordination systems. • Approach: Proactive, reliable, and collaborative, with a focus on supporting both leadership and the broader team while helping improve processes and employee experience.
