Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, audits, stock level monitoring, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in a third-party warehouse. | Minimum 5 years inventory or warehouse experience, CPIM preferred, forklift certification required, experience in industrial or regulated industry preferred. | Job Summary: As part of the Supply Chain Management team at MARA, the Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management within our Seabrook third-party warehouse. This role ensures that products are accurately received, stored, tracked, and shipped in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and maintain inventory control policies and procedures. • Oversee cycle counts, audits, and annual physical inventory. • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly. • Monitor stock levels and generate reports for purchasing and supply chain planning. • Perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes. • Ensure all products are handled and stored according to safety and quality guidelines. • Coordinate with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to meet delivery deadlines. • Set clear performance metrics and be accountable for achieving operational targets. • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, internal safety protocols, and company quality standards. • Maintain accurate records for financial audits, regulatory inspections, and corporate reporting. • Use ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate, real-time inventory data. • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of inventory management or warehouse operations experience. • CPIM certification is preferred • Experience in an industrial company or regulated industry is strongly preferred. • Forklift certification Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods. • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
