Manage event and logistics coordination including scheduling, supply tracking, candidate facilitation, and client communications for hiring programs. | Requires 2+ years in back office, account management, event planning or recruiting, high school diploma, and intermediate Excel skills. | The Client Service Coordinator is a key member of the RPO Delivery team, responsible for all aspects of event and logistic coordination. The role directly supports client hiring teams, as well as sending reports and updates for how the program is doing. This is a 100%25 Virtual W2 contract, supporting our client in logistics and event coordination. Making an Impact • Coordinator will be managing campus platform, Yello. • Creating events and generating email campaigns in Yello • Supporting event coordination and logistics management, scheduling flights and hotels. • Ordering and Tracking Supplies • Support projects as needed. • Facilitate hiring events including welcoming & registering attendees, assisting with prescreens and coordination (paperwork explanation, initiating clearance, facilitating candidates between stations) • Maintain all program compliance, data entry, and reporting in support of the program team. • Coordinate recruiting team communications for the onboarding process for candidates/employees and client program updates Sharing Expertise • Ability to leverage what you have learned and use experience to solve complex problems. • Identify and suggest areas for improvement in program processes; serve as a subject matter expert on program SLAs and processes. Gaining Exposure • Develop internal relationships across RPO departments • Communication with clients, recruiters, and program management to validate orders including obtaining a complete and accurate job description. • Develop client relationships through order fulfillment, and develop trust and rapport. The Recruiting Coordinator Consultant provides administrative support to the Recruiting Team, including database administration and candidate research. This role involves pre-screening and scheduling interviews, coordinating team communications, and managing invoicing. | A Bachelor's degree is preferred along with at least 1 year of relevant administrative or recruitment experience. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role. | This position provides day-to-day administrative support to the Recruiting Team, database administration and research to target organizations to provide appropriate candidate prospects. This role requires effectively multi-tasking while providing excellent customer service and building solid working relationships with our clients and the recruiting team in order to effectively manage all matters independently.
