Qualifications • Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or related roles within a warehouse environment. • Demonstrated proficiency in operating forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and other heavy equipment. • Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and shipping & receiving procedures. • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for materials handling. • Strong physical ability for heavy lifting and repetitive tasks. • Prior experience with warehouse supervisor responsibilities or leadership roles is a plus. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management. • Ability to operate heavy machinery safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
