Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives. • Identify local opportunities and strategies to enhance product positioning. • Engage HCPs in scientific discussions regarding approved indications, efficacy/safety profiles, and treatment protocols. • Build and maintain long-term, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. • Deliver strategic plans and meet sales goals within allocated budgets. Required Experience: • Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases. • Proven expertise in Oncology product sales. • Experience in institutional channel sales, dealing with Hospitals, Government programs, Healthcare Organizations, and UN-accredited institutions. • Ability to manage annual sales targets exceeding USD 5 million. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (MBA/MS preferred). • Strong understanding of Oncology, Biologics, and Biosimilars throughout the product life cycle.
