Madhive is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Activation team. This role will be a key leader for our programmatic optimization products within the Madhive DSP, working cross-functionally to deliver cutting-edge features. The Product Manager will analyze the digital ad ecosystem, collaborating with sales, client success, and product management teams to identify and refine product opportunities that expand the DSP's capabilities and deliver impactful value. Duties will include competitive analyses, gathering market requirements, and roadmap planning for expanding and enhancing the DSP's performance and reliant services. The Product Manager will collaborate with engineering and data science teams to execute against a strategic roadmap, while also assisting with product marketing, pre-sales support, and post-sales training for new feature launches. This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days a week at Madhive HQ in the Financial District of New York City. Responsibilities (What you’ll do): Be the visible advocate for your products internally and externally. Work as a part of a highly collaborative cross-functional team to oversee the planning, design, and development of products from initiation decision through release and future iterations. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitive offerings in the areas of programmatic optimization, AI-driven solutions, and data-centric advertising technologies to identify new strategic product opportunities. Establish clear, measurable product success metrics based on campaign performance and efficiency, and iteratively optimize features using a data-informed approach. Develop product strategy by proactively engaging with internal stakeholders, clients, and key participants across the digital ecosystem. Lead the integration of advanced AI and Machine Learning models into the DSP to drive next-generation bidding, pacing, and optimization capabilities for maximum client ROI. Partner closely with the Data Science team to translate advanced models, research, and predictive analytics into actionable product features that enhance bidding and targeting capabilities. Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer success teams to evangelize the product’s new and existing features and to maintain a tight feedback loop. Act as a subject matter expert on our DSP in explaining priority and delivery timing to internal and external teams. Qualifications (Who you are): Must Haves 5+ years in a product management role with direct experience with digital advertising ideally working directly with DSPs/SSPs Technical and market expertise with digital media buying and selling, advertising/marketing technology solutions, and corresponding business models within digital advertising Experience launching and scaling data products or platform features that rely heavily on large-scale data processing and analytics. Familiarity with foundational concepts in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), and how they are applied in ad-tech optimization Outstanding technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally Experience within an Agile product development environment with an emphasis on continuous improvement. Nice-to-haves Familiarity with TV/OTT/CTV technology strongly preferred Hands-on experience working with data science or machine learning engineering teams to define, build, and deploy AI/ML-powered products. A strong understanding of cloud-based data architectures and tooling A fast learning curve with the ability to understand our customers’ needs on both a business and technical level. Great written and spoken communication skills; ability to speak to both business and technical audiences Highly organized self-starter mentality. The approximate compensation range for this position is $145,000-$170,000. Madhive is looking for an established Delivery Operations Lead who is passionate about accelerating organizational agility and the delivery of end user value by working together with the team at Madhive to transform the digital AdTech space. The ideal candidate should be someone with 5 or more years of Scrum Master and Agile Coaching experience, including process improvement/implementation, backlog refinement, and team building expertise both within the team and across teams / in scaled models. You are a servant leader through and through, and you have in-the-trenches experience with coaching teams to adapt to change in addition to experience with building and scaling teams, all while being a servant leader to the organization at large. You can spot anti-patterns and coach teams as well as leadership through solutioning. You embody the agile mindset and embrace failures as learning opportunities. Most importantly, you always put people first. Responsibilities (What You'll Do): • Cultivate high-performing agile teams with the goal of supporting end-to-end organizational agile maturity, with a focus on learning, increasing autonomy, and self-accountability. • Organize and facilitate team events: daily stand-up meetings, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. • Assemble and review end of sprint metrics with teams and senior leadership, extrapolating anti-patterns, highlighting areas of improvement and providing tactical strategies that guide the team towards iterative and relentless improvement. • Work with teams to help surface, identify and eliminate impediments that are beyond the team’s ability to remove directly. • Facilitate conversations and resolve conflict, through persuasion and powerful leading questions guiding the teams towards better ways of working. • Assist the team in establishing priorities and evaluating trade-off, helping the team to sequence activities that maximize business value. • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving. • Coordinate the execution of deliverables across multiple Teams with a focus on scaling to manage cross-team dependencies. • Surface and facilitate the negotiation of technical enablers, NFRs and new feature prioritization between product owners and lead engineers ensuring that architectural stability is evaluated alongside customer functionality. • Provide coaching and assistance to the product owner ensuring that the product backlog is consistently well refined, organized and maintained. • Collaborate with other Delivery Leads and the leadership team to continuously refine, and adjust the overall business agility strategy. • Identify the need for, initiate, and participate in scaling ceremonies and activities as you manage interdependencies across product areas.
