Job Overview As a Merchandising Colleague - also known as a Front of House Colleague - you’ll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, inspiring in-store experience. You will be responsible for executing merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhancing the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintaining well-organized and shoppable displays, and ensuring that pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up to date. They support visual merchandising by updating mannequins, resetting floor layouts, and aligning presentation with company directives - setting the tone for an impactful shopping experience On the floor, they focus on the customer - offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations actively listen to their needs, and provide thoughtful assistance to create customer relationships to bring the customers back. Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, replenishing merchandise, and supporting any needed merchandise moves. They always Finish Strong - sharing our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you. They collaborate with the team to tie up loose ends - reorganizing the department, restocking merchandise, and preparing the space for a successful tomorrow.
