Why We Need You mabl is seeking an experienced, results-driven Enterprise Marketing Manager to architect and execute our enterprise and ABM strategy. This is a high-impact, foundational role where you will be responsible for defining the playbook that drives significant pipeline and acceleration within our most critical, high-value target accounts. You and the Demand Generation Specialist will act as the crucial link between Sales and Marketing, owning the strategy, execution, and measurement of segmented and bespoke, multi-channel campaigns. You must be a self-starter who can not only manage execution but also drive the business forward by clearly identifying and articulating the resources, technology, and alignment needed for success. What You'll Do • Strategy & Planning: Design, build, and orchestrate the strategic engine that drives predictable pipeline and revenue growth from engaged, and high-value target accounts. This includes defining the key plays, activation channels, and reporting structure. • Execution & Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end execution of multi-channel ABM campaigns, utilizing tools like advertising, direct mail/gifting, personalized landing pages, and executive engagement events (virtual and field). • Sales Alignment & Enablement: Establish and lead a formalized Smarketing (Sales & Marketing) rhythm with key Sales leaders,Account Executives, and Partner Manager. Provide Sales with personalized messaging, content, and clear guidance for account follow-up, ensuring maximum engagement. • Content & Personalization: Adapt mabl's narrative and messaging for target accounts, ensuring we are telling a consistent and compelling story across all channels, from marketing campaigns and thought leadership to sales materials. • Measurement & Optimization: Define and report on key account-level metrics. Use data to constantly iterate and optimize campaign performance. • Align with Company-wide Objectives: Work closely with your peers and leadership team to ensure we’re achieving company results. About You • You have 6-8 years of B2B Marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a dedicated ABM, field, or enterprise demand marketing role. About the Role We’re looking for a curious, technically fluent individual with experience connecting with software engineering leaders, DevOps leaders, and QA leaders. The ideal candidate has a background in software development or a related technical field, and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle—including open source technologies and practices. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating go-to-market strategies, and supporting sales and demand generation with high-impact messaging and content. This contractor role has a strong possibility of converting into a full-time role in Calendar Year 2026, for now, we are seeing ~20 hours a week for the rest of the year. Open to more hours a week for a shorter duration (e.g., 30 hours a week for 4 months or 40 hours a week for 3 months). What You'll Do • Craft Messaging That Resonates: Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging for mabl’s solutions—tailored specifically to engineering, DevOps, and QA leader personas. • Create Content: Collaborate with content and demand gen teams to build campaigns, short & long form content, videos, and other materials. • Support Campaigns & ABM: Contribute to demand generation initiatives by shaping campaign themes, content, and messaging with a solution-oriented lens. What You'll Bring • 3–5 years of experience in product or solution marketing at a B2B SaaS company. • Proven success in marketing to technical personas—especially software engineering leadership and DevOps teams • Familiarity with the SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and open source ecosystems. • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a bias toward action. Nice to Have • Experience with developer tools, test automation, or observability platforms. • Background working in or around open source communities and projects. • Experience supporting both product-led and sales-led go-to-market strategies.
