Summary of the role: M-Files is seeking a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to lead Competitive Intelligence, with a strong focus on AI-driven capabilities and market positioning. This role will play a critical part in identifying competitive opportunities and risks as well as closing competitive gaps, particularly in AI, and ensuring we effectively position M-Files in a rapidly evolving market. This is a high-visibility role with impact across Product, Sales, and Executive leadership. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, product strategy, consulting, or a related field. Familiarity with DMS/ECM software (including from a Services or customer-facing role) is highly valued.
