Qualifications Required: • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with FICO Blaze Business Rules Engine in GuidingCare. • Proven expertise in FICO setup, rule design, and optimization within GuidingCare. • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare systems. • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, remote, cross-functional environments. Preferred: • Advanced degree (Master s or higher). • Experience with architecture, data structures, and systems integration. • Knowledge of project management best practices. • Proficiency in analyzing security patterns and audit reports.
