What You'll Do: The Regional Sales Manager - Engineered Polymers will lead Lubrizol Engineering Polymers’ regional sales and new business development team for Thermoplastic Polyurethanes (TPU) in North America. This role focuses on driving short- and mid-term sales and margin growth, coaching and developing a high-performing team, and fostering strong customer relationships.
