Requirements: • 10+ years of experience building and leading trading teams, preferably with a self- clearing broker dealer • FINRA licenses 4,7,24,57 and 63 or equivalent Core Competencies: • An ability to effectively engage, influence, develop and motivate teams in a hybrid (office and remote) environment • Superior communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization • An ability to anticipate and plan for changes in the business model, growth and corresponding volumes Pay Range: $152,300-$253,900/year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
