This role supports the following EPMO service offerings: Demand & Delivery Management Quality Management Reporting Financial Management Benefits Management Governance of processes, standards, etc. The AVP, Program Manager works closely with project and scrum teams and reports directly to the Technology Portfolio Management Lead. Responsibilities: Coordinate with Project, Scrum, Technology, Business and Vendors to align delivery to OKRs to the program and portfolio Manage the program budget & coordinate with finance to assure funds are available, accounted and properly reported, including Planview timesheet management / governance Manage Demand Intake for the Program in LPL PDLC (Demand and Delivery Framework), ensuring demand aligns to available budget, handle new Intake requests ensuring availability of funding, or prepare required documentation for additional funding asks Arbitrate and resolve conflict within the program when necessary.
