Job Functions: Secure and grow profitable Total Truck Care business with both existing customers and new prospects by phone in fleets under 30 trucks Actively respond to the Total Truck Care needs of accounts Meet and/or exceed Year Over Year and profitability goals Work closely with Inside Sales Managers and other team members in identifying market and competition trends Actively promote all Love’s services within region: Fuel, Tires, CNG, Light Mechanical and Factoring Work closely with Inside Support to insure proper discount setup and timely and accurate customer support Responsible for complete and accurate customer data within Salesforce customer management software Develop and maintain positive relationships with all Love’s vendors Actively pursue opportunities for personal development within the department and company Travel as needed Experience and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree preferred 3 years of inside sales and territory management Skills and Physical Demands: Hard Skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as billing and collection procedures. Ability to prioritize. Team, player who takes ownership of personal duties as well as team goals. Experience: • 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management. • 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million. • 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements. • 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees. • Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Skills and Demands: • Ability to work various shift times to include days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus. • Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. • Effective teamwork skills. • Physical Demands: Regular talking and hearing. Active involvement requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required.
