Manage patient check-in/out, schedule appointments, answer phones professionally, and assist in back office as needed. | Reliable, team-player with a great attitude, able to perform front office duties and assist in back office, ideally with general dental practice knowledge. | Overview We are seeking a Dental Assistant / Front Office Receptionist to join our amazing team. Our office is a private PPO / FFS office with supportive, family-like environment. The role would be primarily in the front office. The ideal candidate would be able to assist in the back office when needed. Our staff is friendly and team-oriented. Must be reliable, a team-player, and have a great attitude. Monday-Thursday, One half Saturday/month Hours: 8AM - 5PM (lunch from 1-2PM) Responsibilities • Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently • Schedule and confirm patient appointments • Be able to answer phones in professional manner • Ideal candidate would also be able to assist in the back when necessary Skills: • General Practice Benefits: • Dental • 401k • PTO • Bonuses Compensation: • $18-$22/hour
