Oversee the development and execution of engaging content strategies across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and marketing plans. Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of creative excellence and data-driven optimization. Develop agency relationships, upskill current partners and continually audit to maintain best-in-class output. Trend Identification & Competitive Benchmarking: Leverage insights reports, market analysis, competitive research, and a nuanced understanding of social, cultural, and beauty trends to identify impactful e-commerce content opportunities. Guide the team in translating insights into on-brand content for e-commerce channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaborative brainstorming sessions for campaign planning with brand and Content Excellence teams, ensuring alignment of content strategies across all marketing initiatives. Be prepared to expertly write and review creative briefs for maximum efficiencies and impact. Support Content Directors by contributing to pre-production, production & post-production for photoshoots ensuring strategic cohesion. Social Media Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of social media trends, with an eye on competitive and emerging brands. Guide the team in leveraging these insights to enhance content creation.
