This opportunity can be based out of any of our Indiana offices. The ideal candidate for this role will be a Professional Engineer with experience working on LPA and/or INDOT roadway design projects. Support project managers in the planning and execution of engineering projects. Take a lead role in project planning, design, and implementation. Manage project tasks, budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Delegate work to project team members. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations. Perform detailed engineering analysis and design tasks. Assist with proposals or funding applications. Mentor junior engineers and provides technical guidance. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, May perform other duties associated with this role. Qualifications for this role: Bachelor's or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license. 8+ years of relevant civil engineering experience. Proficiency with project scheduling tools and software. Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
