Lead digital transformation and AI integration in marketing, manage digital teams, develop data-driven marketing strategies, and advise clients on digital media strategy. | 8+ years in digital/media strategy with 3+ years senior leadership, proficiency with digital marketing platforms and AI tools, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience in digital transformation. | Description: • Lead Location3’s digital transformation and define and execute the agency’s digital roadmap aligned with business goals. • Champion the integration of AI technologies into marketing and media operations and identify and deploy AI tools to enhance campaign performance, customer insights, and operational efficiency. • Lead the development of data-driven, automated, and personalized marketing strategies and oversee media planning and buying with a focus on ROI and audience engagement. • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build proprietary AI solutions. • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on digital transformation and media strategy and present digital vision and performance metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders. • Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing digital team across strategy, media, and technology and foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning. • Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams, support professional growth, and deliver high-performance campaigns that elevate client success. • Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is part of the senior leadership team. Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in digital and media strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a digital agency or similar environment. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field. • Proven success leading high-impact digital transformation initiatives. • Deep understanding of AI applications in marketing (e.g., predictive analytics, personalization, automation). • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex digital projects. • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Marketing Platform and Meta Ads Manager. • Experience with AI tools including ChatGPT, Jasper, or custom machine learning models is preferred. • Agile and digital product development experience preferred. • Proven thought leadership in digital innovation and emerging technologies preferred. • Experience working with franchise systems is preferred. • Currently only able to hire within the U.S. Benefits: • Competitive base salary of $130,000 to $150,000, plus performance-based incentives. • Medical, dental, vision • Matching 401K • Wellbeing stipend • Every other Friday off • Remote work equipment and remote equipment reimbursement • Fully remote work organization with a dedicated in-person annual company retreat (includes annual golf day) • Remote monthly events (learning hours, team happy hours, team trivia) • Ongoing education and training programs • Positive and fun work environment
