If that ignites or intrigues you, keep reading... Our Talent Management team is looking for a Campaign Management Lead to help scale and strengthen the execution of our talent partnership business. This role works closely with Talent Managers, Brand Sales, Game Dev Sales, creators, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly from kickoff through reporting. This person will serve as a key operational lead across campaigns, helping drive execution, improve workflows, and establish scalable processes as campaign volume grows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally minded, and comfortable leading complex, fast-moving projects across multiple stakeholders. On any given day you might... • Lead execution across multiple creator campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and communications remain on track. • Improve and standardize campaign execution processes to help the team scale operations efficiently as deal volume grows. • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for campaigns, coordinating between talent managers, creators, sales, brand/game dev clients, and internal teams. • Proactively manage campaign timelines, asset collection, approvals, deliverables tracking, and reporting requirements. • Identify risks or delays early and drive solutions to keep campaigns moving smoothly. • Develop and maintain campaign trackers, systems, and workflows to ensure campaign information remains accurate and accessible. • Support prioritization and project planning across campaign managers to balance workload and execution needs. • Mentor and guide junior campaign coordinators or managers to elevate team execution quality and consistency. • Step in to manage complex or high-priority campaigns when needed. Ideally, you... • Have a strong passion for gaming, creator culture, and digital content. • Have experience managing brand or influencer marketing campaigns or similar multi-stakeholder projects. • Possess strong project management and operational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Are comfortable building and improving processes in a fast-growing environment. • Can manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high execution quality. • Have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Have familiarity with platforms including Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Twitter, and Google Workspace. • Are comfortable working weekends or nontraditional hours.
