Provide strategic and operational leadership for warehouse management, including team development, process optimization, and safety compliance. | Requires 4+ years in operations management, proficiency with WMS, and experience with continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or LEAN. | We are seeking a high-impact General Manager who can provide strong leadership while remaining hands-on operationally to streamline and optimize all aspects of our Swedesboro, NJ site. This role requires a positive, influential leader who will continue to strengthen team development and foster a strong, engaged culture. The operation runs Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work based on customer needs. Provide strategic direction and operational support to meet the established goals for a small sized warehouse which carries a broad scope of responsibilities and complexity. Operate facility while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Direct, recruit, train, develop, and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness Achieve company performance goals including internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as Labor to Revenue (LTR), truck turn times, and customer service standards Review and analyze all warehouse activities and costs to drive process improvement Collaborate with Sales Manager in marketing and sales efforts, including planning new account strategies, prospecting new accounts, sales calls, developing and quoting rates, negotiating contracts, and closing sales Establish and ensure facilities have excellent focus on customer service and client relationships Monitor and control budgets, capital expenditures, material handling equipment and space utilization to meet corporate targets Facilitate and support initiatives that ensure the proper receipt, storage, handling, and/or distribution of food to exceed Lineage safety and food quality standards as well as employee health and safety ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 4 years’ Operations Management experience in Supply Chain or related field Demonstrated proficiency in development and implementation of strategy/annual plans (budget, operational performance, SOPs, workshops, etc.), and bottom-line cost/efficiency management Experience with continuous improvement quality processes such as Six Sigma and/or LEAN Experience managing, training, and developing people in operation roles Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Excellent verbal and written communications skills including the ability to interact with internal and external customers Ability to lead discussions, make presentations and deliver technical results to a non-technical audience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity Ability to travel up to 25% Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud Pay Range:$92,100.00 - $165,800.00 Why Lineage? Manage physical and virtual inventories, process orders, and ensure accurate stock records within a warehouse environment. | Ability to operate warehouse equipment, lift at least 40 lbs., work in cold or hot environments, and work flexible shifts. | Compile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories via daily activities of cycle counting, claims management and accounts administration within the facility. Manage data concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for/from the facility. Order shipping materials supplies and equipment to maintain inventory throughout the facility. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports Determine stock supply and need for replenishment Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues Find product to ensure correct product ID, conduct cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventories Look at stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorized substitutes, and other listed information with catalogs, manuals, product lists, and similar references to verify accuracy of shipping order Review files to find unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operate warehouse material handling equipment to move product while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Lead and support a team of technicians, oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure safety and compliance, manage budgets, and improve facility reliability and efficiency. | 5+ years of facility maintenance management experience, knowledge of ammonia refrigeration and PSM compliance, mechanical/electrical systems expertise, CMMS proficiency, and strong leadership skills. | Are you an experienced maintenance leader looking for your next opportunity? Lineage is hiring a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance related activities at our facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with a team of three highly skilled technicians, solve day-to-day challenges, and ensure our facility runs safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do Lead, train, and support a team of 3 strong technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Oversee daily maintenance operations and use the CMMS system to plan, schedule, and track work. Ensure compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM), environmental, fire, and workplace safety programs. Partner with the General Manager on budgets, labor, and materials—providing input on capital projects and energy management solutions. Provide creative solutions to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and support energy efficiency initiatives. Be a trusted problem solver for day-to-day equipment or facility issues. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of facility maintenance management experience, ideally in cold storage, manufacturing, or distribution. Experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems (Freon or CO2 experience a plus). Strong knowledge of PSM requirements and compliance. Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (comfortable working with up to 480V). Proficiency with computers and CMMS systems (Microsoft Office Suite and related software). A natural leader who communicates well, motivates others, and can collaborate across teams. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term planning.
