What will you do as a Part time On Site Project Coordinator in the School District of Manatee County? • Love to support school districts? You will ensure that the district tutoring implementation is operating as planned. You will meet with school teams regularly to analyze tutoring data and establish timelines. • Passionate about increasing student attendance for tutoring? You will monitor data, attendance plans and will leverage school resources to increase student engagement. • Do you enjoy moving quickly? You will work in an agile setting with teams from Customer Success and Tutor Services teams to constantly build, deliver and iterate on ideas. What you will need to be successful here: • Experience in school districts, preferably School District of Manatee County • Experience implementing and supporting K12 projects • Previous tutoring experience preferred as you may occasionally sub for a tutoring session • Work a hybrid schedule within the school district and remotely • Experience using technology platforms and assisting others as needed • Experience with best practices for engaging students and enlisting support from parents, guardians, and families • Experience using data for continuous improvement discussions. • Resourceful, self-starter and creative problem-solving ability and consultancy mindset • Excellent communication and writing skills • Excellent organization and time management skills • Comfortable working with school teams/groups • Relationship builder with a growth mindset who will focus on achieving the tutoring goals • Team orientation • Experience working with cross-functional school teams (e.g. admins, teachers, support teams, counselors) • A passion for Littera’s mission If you see yourself succeeding here, please apply! What You’ll Do As a K-12 Tutoring Solutions Director, your deep understanding of district administration will be instrumental in bridging our innovative solutions with the needs of the school districts we serve. Your role involves building and nurturing relationships with school districts, leveraging your administrative expertise to understand their unique needs and designing tutoring programs that help them achieve their goals. As our Solutions Director for the Southeast Region, you will be the driving force behind our growth in a critical territory. You'll leverage your extensive background in district administration to connect with fellow education leaders and build lasting relationships. This isn't just a sales role—it's about becoming a trusted partner to district leaders and working with them to design tutoring programs that meet their specific academic goals. You have experience working with or have been part of leadership/executive staff in a district or charter setting. This is a must-have—not a nice-to-have. • Education Sales Professional: You have 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or outbound sales role within the education industry.
