Where You’ll Work This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection. Why this Role Matters As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the Lito team, you will help shape AI-powered experiences used by leading law firms and corporate legal departments. Working across the full technology stack, you'll build scalable products, influence technical direction, and collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer value. Your expertise and mentorship will help accelerate delivery while maintaining high engineering standards. What You’ll Deliver Build and ship high-quality product features across our C#/.NET backend, TypeScript/React frontend, and cloud-based services. Design scalable APIs, services, and product workflows that support AI-powered legal experiences. Partner with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering leadership to turn ambiguous product ideas into clear technical plans and delivered software. Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve speed, quality, and engineering leverage. Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, pairing, technical guidance, and strong engineering practices. Improve system reliability, observability, performance, security, and maintainability. Communicate technical tradeoffs clearly and help stakeholders make practical, high-impact decisions. What You’ll Bring Must Haves: Strong hands-on software engineering experience building production applications, with depth in C#/.NET or a comparable backend ecosystem. Experience building modern web applications with TypeScript, React, or similar frontend frameworks. Experience designing APIs, data models, distributed systems, and cloud-based applications. A track record of owning complex work end-to-end, from technical design through delivery and production support. Strong engineering judgment, including the ability to make pragmatic tradeoffs around quality, speed, maintainability, and customer impact. A collaborative leadership style, with experience mentoring engineers, raising team standards, and communicating effectively across Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders. Nice To Haves: Experience building AI-powered products, LLM-based workflows, RAG systems, agents, or integrations with platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar. Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform, along with modern CI/CD and DevOps practices. Experience working across different product environments, company sizes, or technology stacks, with the adaptability to learn quickly. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications.
