Our Web Marketing team is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to help integrate user-centered insights into marketing strategy and roadmaps. In this role, you will serve as a UX Research expert on a digital marketing team focused on B2B web marketing experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, scoping and running research studies end-to-end autonomously, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methods, and leveraging AI tools to scale and deepen your research craft. Responsibilities: • Design and conduct user research studies end-to-end (planning, recruitment, moderation, analysis, reporting) for foundational, generative and evaluative mixed methods research. • Synthesize and communicate compelling and rigorous research findings into clear, inspiring frameworks. • Partner closely with marketing, experimentation, product and design teams to understand user and business needs, translate research questions into a research plan, and turn insights into next steps for execution. • Integrate other market, competitive and foresight research into broader recommendations and education for stakeholders. • Help to evolve our research and innovation workflows, processes and toolkit.
