Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and refine software interfaces, create prototypes, and contribute to design systems. | 7+ years of software design experience, proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. | At Linear, we are on a mission is to inspire and accelerate builders. To help teams do their best work, we are creating a purpose-built tool for planning and building products that combines elegant UI with world-class performance. Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for 15,000+ companies to plan and build their products. Quality is our competitive advantage. Every member of our fully remote team is a maker at heart, caring deeply about the quality and feel of our work. While the industry optimizes for speed and metrics alone, we believe that craft and quality have lasting value. At this time, we can only support hiring within North America and Canada for this role.
