About the Role We are looking for an Inbound Customer Success Specialist to join our night shift team. As a CSS on our Inbound Support team, you will be responsible for delivering white-glove service and value to our global customer base. About the Role We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager experienced in iPaaS and external APIs. You would be the manager for our small team of integration engineers owning our in-app integrations center and external facing API. We are looking for someone customer obsessed, who can lead, with strong technical skills and a positive attitude. As a technical lead you will be expected to lead with high levels of integrity and embrace the MAS TACOS values. Integrations is a strategic growth area in the company and your work will be visible at the highest levels. What You’ll Do in the Role Be responsible for all engineering aspects of integrations at Limble Balance internal and external requirements Build team cohesion and morale, help developers continue to deliver at a high level Build solid, scaleable, and maintainable integrations using an embedded iPaaS both in no code and full code environments.
