What You’ll Do The Localization Program Manager reports directly to the Senior Director, Production and is responsible for providing successful Program Management for a portfolio of complex Enterprise accounts. In collaboration with Solutions and Product, will drive the implementation, testing and iteration of complex technical production workflows to ensure optimal efficiency. What You’ll Do This high-impact, hands-on role is responsible for owning and scaling our marketing operations function. You will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing technology stack, streamlining our lead-to-opportunity process, and helping to maintain day-to-day department operations. Working closely with GTM (go-to-market) Leadership across Sales Development, Marketing, and various Operations and Systems functions to drive process optimization and overall efficiency. You’ll recommend, build and run cross-functional projects and process improvements that directly impact our operational efficiency and top-line growth of all revenue lines. You’ll contribute to the strategy and execution of full-funnel marketing programs that drive predictable, scalable pipeline. Key Responsibilities: • Full-funnel ownership. Work with internal tools and external vendors to maintain a high quality database of contacts across our target industries and personas. • Partner with Sales. Align tightly with revenue leadership to define pipeline goals, campaign targeting, SLAs, and lead management workflows. • Fuel growth. Partner closely with the demand gen team to drive multi-channel campaigns across email marketing, webinars, paid media, SEO, events, outbound motions, and ABM to meet ambitious growth targets. • Use data to scale. Build a data-driven culture. Forecast, measure, and communicate program results, continuously optimizing for ROI and CAC efficiency. • Collaborate cross-functionally. Work across demand gen, product marketing, SDRs, and sales ops, to build cohesive, conversion-optimized campaigns. • Department operations. Help with department-level planning for things like managing campaign budget, team meetings and activities, and annual planning. Skills and Experience: • 3-5 years in B2B SaaS or AI/ML marketing operations • Smart, curious, and hard-working • Deep experience with HubSpot (certifications a plus). What You’ll Do This high-impact, hands-on role is responsible for owning and scaling events across EMEA, as well as our public sector events in the U.S. You will plan, manage, and execute the events program across both of these markets. You’ll be handling events of all types, including local and regional conferences, national tradeshows, LILT-hosted events, workshops, and roundtables. You will work cross-functionally with your GTM (go-to-market) counterparts across Sales Development, Marketing, and various Operations and Systems functions to maximize the effectiveness of our events. Key Responsibilities Develop, plan, execute and measure LILT’s events - with a focus on quantifiable outcomes Work closely with field sales and customer success teams to identify the right events and other tactics to drive pipeline and retention Create and implement the strategy and vision for LILT-branded events Manage the execution of all event planning and logistics Ensure tight alignment of spend with high ROI by analyzing and reporting full funnel contribution against marketing activities Build and foster relationships with industry trade show leaders Maximize LILT presence at events through speaking opportunities, pre-event promotion, social engagement, and onsite programs to increase booth traffic Manage inventory of event swag and collateral for field events Manage designated field marketing budget to plan Skills and Experience 3+ years in corporate event marketing with B2B software or AI company required Experience running events in the EU preferred Experience with public sector events preferred Experience planning and managing logistics for company participation in conferences, trade shows, and company-branded events Stellar project management and communication skills Hard-working self-starter capable of management projects with minimal supervision Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering memorable in-person experiences Flexible work schedule and the willingness to travel (including potential evening and weekend work) Bachelors (BA/BS) degree from accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience Experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms preferred Benefits Compensation: At market salary with the opportunity to earn on-target earnings (OTE), meaningful equity, 401(k) matching, and flexible time off plus company holidays Medical Benefits: Employees receive coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance, and more.
