Position Summary The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional technology and business projects within Light & Wonder. This role ensures successful delivery through structured project governance, effective stakeholder management, financial oversight, and alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership experience, deep understanding of enterprise technology environments, and the ability to drive outcomes across global teams. Key Responsibilities: • Project Leadership & Delivery • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of medium‑to‑large enterprise programs, from initiation to closure. • Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, RAID logs, communication plans, and status reporting. • Ensure project scope, timeline, and financials remain aligned with approved baselines. • Manage vendor partners, contract engagement, SOW deliverables, and performance. • Stakeholder & Communication Management • Engage executive sponsors, business owners, and technical leads across global regions (EMEA, APAC, AMER). • Drive structured communication: weekly updates, steering committee materials, dashboards, risk escalations. • Translate complex technical topics into clear business language. • Financial & Operational Control • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and capital/operational spend tracking. • Ensure accurate reporting against cost centers and program financial commitments. • Support resource planning and capacity management. • Risk, Compliance & Governance • Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and cross‑functional issue resolution. • Ensure adherence to SOX controls, privacy requirements, security standards, and internal PMO methodologies. • Coordinate with InfoSec, Privacy, Architecture, and Compliance teams during project lifecycle. • Process Improvement & Portfolio Support • Contribute to PMO best practices, templates, and delivery frameworks. • Mentor project managers and junior staff; promote consistent delivery standards. • Support portfolio / intake processes and assist with strategic program planning. Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred. • 7–10+ years managing technology or enterprise programs in complex global environments. • Demonstrated success delivering cross‑functional IT projects (infrastructure, applications, cloud, data, security, ERP, or integration‑heavy solutions). • Strong command of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid). • Excellent communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and vendor relationships. Preferred Qualifications: • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent certifications. • Experience in gaming, regulated environments, or high‑availability technology operations. • Familiarity with ERP (Oracle EBS), cloud migration, data platforms, security projects, or enterprise‑scale deployments. • Strong financial acumen aligned with capex/opex structures. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Position Summary Contributes and manages all personnel and initiatives within the planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, support and enhancements of Oracle ERP applications. Under the guidance of the Director of SCM Applications, this role collaborates with company customers, staff members, IT Colleagues and other stakeholders to define customer requirements and system interfaces, assess available technologies, and develop and implement solutions. Oracle Modules will include, but are not limited to, ASCP (ATP/GOP Experience a plus), INV, OM, QP, BOM, WIP, WMS, Quoting, Purchasing, iProcurement, WMS (Agile PLM/PIM a plus) Key Responsibilities: Manage all project team members and FTE in Supply Chain and Operations arenas. Coordinating efforts to deliver business solutions and drive ROI from each initiative. With guidance from SCM Applications Director coordinate all activities to drive towards long term, stable business process supported by applications. Plan, design, develop, implement, maintain, support, and enhance Oracle ERP applications Work with the Oracle Business Solutions Team in enhancing/unifying the Oracle Systems Design and making sure that the Designs are delivered according to the SG standards document. Remain current with change and configuration management methodologies, the Oracle AIM methodology, and project management techniques. Define customer requirements and interface business needs with system design Perform Application Setups in Oracle Applications. Perform data cleansing and data auditing as necessary to ensure data quality. Gathering reporting requirements from users and detailing both process and technical requirements to translate end-user requirements into finished and working Oracle Applications Design Create, maintain, and manage documentation for all Oracle Implementation and Support Initiatives Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP R11/R12 in VCP Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience accessing data in a relational database management system 10+ years of experience with Systems Design, Implementation and Support Strong understanding of Oracle EBS (R11/R12), with emphasis on Supply Chain and Operations Experience with a variety of implementations in a number of different environments Solid business process skills, able to provide transaction analysis in varying functional areas Troubleshooting skills and ability to coordinate with systems staff Project Management Prior management experience with either direct reports and/or within project setting Customer service acumen Candidates will need to have the following attributes to be successful in the role: Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision whilst meeting deadlines.
