The Donor Relations Account Manager will possess consultative and new business development skills combined with in-depth knowledge of donation best practices to achieve the necessary supply of donated tissue, customer retention objectives, and new business development goals. This individual will be a resource for customers, donations partners, and/or stakeholders such as: hospitals, hospices, funeral homes, medical examiners, law enforcement agencies, donor families, and organ procurement and eye bank organizations. What you’ll do: • Service Plan Implementation: Manages the service plan implementation for existing LifeNet Health Donation Partners, including events and/or meetings and key marketing and public relations events. Provides training to educate Donation Partners on the donation process, changes in technology, best practices for donation consent, and updated procedures in relation to tissue banking. Manage specific programs and/or initiatives such as, LEAN initiatives to assess and improve LNH overall access to clinical tissue and other specific requests for research tissue that may arise. Reviews tissue donation data with key Executive Leadership partners on a yearly basis and/or as established by the referral agency. Reports on assigned territory activity, growth opportunities, and competitive analysis to management. How You Will Contribute To LifeNet Health’s Success As a Strategic Account Manager, you distribute and promote the use of biologics throughout a designated territory. Works with several types of customers including Healthcare Professionals and Alliance Partners. Displays the highest degree of integrity, honesty, knowledge, and respect for the process of tissue donation and transplantation. Informs and consults customers on biologics for surgical procedures using consultative sales skills to achieve sales objectives. What You’ll Do • Business Planning & Goal Execution: Responsible for planning and implementing tactical strategies within the field to ensure the revenue budget is met and the territory’s strategic service goals are met. Develops and reviews business plan with Regional Manager quarterly. • Relationship Building: Develops and influences Alliance Partners and 1099 relationships through education and capturing additional mindshare in assigned territory. Assists Alliance Partner business growth through supporting supply chain discussions. What You’ll Bring (Minimum Requirements) • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS); Business, Marketing, or related field preferred • Valid Driver’s License • Two (2) years Sales experience in Medical Device Industry, Hospital Sales and/or Physician Sales; Operating room, orthopedic or neurosurgical product experience preferred. • OR Four (4) years Professional sales experience in a business-to-business setting. • OR Four (4) years Relevant medical experience (e.g., physician’s assistant, nurse) These Would Be Nice Too (Knowledge Skills And Abilities) • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office • Communication: Effective oral, written and presentation communication skills • Proactive: Values growth opportunities; can overcome failures, by learning from it through high emotional IQ, curiosity, and leadership • Strategic: Ability to analyze and strategize to meet goals • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interface with physicians, surgeons, hospitals and inspire them on LNH products. • Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload.
