Position Overview: CMTA, a Legence company, is hiring a Construction Administrator in our Charlotte office. The Construction Administrator's primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth and successful fulfillment of the design contract documents after the design phase. A strong Construction Administrator will have experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across multiple sectors, and will also have strong communication skills (both verbal and written). This person will be the face of CMTA during the construction phase of the project. The Construction Administrator's support team consists of administrative staff in the office, other construction managers, engineers, design team members, and any other team members they need to use. During heavy construction, the Construction Administrator will be on site frequently. During other project periods, the Construction Administrator may not have to be on the construction site and may work in the office to fill other construction related tasks.
