Responsibilities The Patient Safety Program Manager plays a crucial role within our healthcare organization and is responsible for overseeing and implementing patient safety and risk management initiatives at the site level. Reporting directly to the Director of Patient Safety, this position focuses on coordinating and leading patient safety efforts within a specific hospital site, ensuring compliance with system-wide patient safety and risk management standards. The Patient Safety Program Manager is instrumental in fostering a culture of safety, mitigating risks, and promoting continuous improvement in patient safety practices at the site level. Qualifications Education: Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred). Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (required). Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in patient safety or a related field (required). Experience in clinical healthcare role or nursing (preferred). Experience in program management within a healthcare setting (preferred). Skills: Advanced expertise in patient safety principles and best practices, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Demonstrated facilitation skills, fostering productive discussions and problem-solving within teams and committees. Effective team management abilities, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve patient safety goals. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, facilitating effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Proficient in program coordination, leading patient safety initiatives at the site level and promoting a culture of safety. Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in patient safety practices. Strong understanding of risk management principles and strategies, mitigating potential risks to enhance patient safety. Licensure Licensure/Certification: Certification in Patient Safety (CPPS) or equivalent within 12 months of hire. Pay Range USD $48.91 - USD $72.88 /Hr. As an Human Resources Business Analyst, you play a vital role in supporting that mission by optimizing human resource systems to better serve our employees and organization. In this role, you'll review, analyze, and develop solutions that meet end-user needs, while collaborating closely with colleagues in Human Resources and Information Technology. Responsibilities: • Serve as a liaison between HR end users and Information Services to ensure effective system communication and functionality. • Utilize advanced knowledge of HR Business Intelligence and Human Resource Systems to support and improve HR operations. • Write and coordinate design specifications for functional changes or enhancements to automated processes, panels, screens, and tables. • Facilitate and coordinate system testing, upgrades, and modifications. • Administer system security and access controls to ensure data integrity and appropriate user access. • Support end users by assisting with the development of custom reports and data queries. • Audit database integrity and troubleshoot functional system issues as the primary contact for problem resolution. • Create custom reports that include HR data, enabling further manipulation in tools like Microsoft Access and Excel. • Collaborate with departments outside HR, such as Payroll and Management Audit, regarding HR Business Intelligence data. • Review, analyze, and evaluate information systems specific to the Human Resources department. • Lead special assignments and projects; act as a project team leader for HR Analysts and technical support staff. Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience required. Experience: • A minimum of five years’ experience working with complex databases such as HR and payroll computer systems in a networked environment. Skills: • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication and customer service skills to be able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel within and outside of the Legacy community. • Ability to understand end user needs. • Knowledge of current human resource systems technology and client server technology. • Technical knowledge requirements include mathematical and statistical skills for data analysis; the ability to understand and apply the intent of HR policies, practices and regulations when developing system solutions; skill in understanding management principles sufficiently to lead and control various projects with intense deadlines; and ability to conceive and present concepts logically for reports and recommendations. Licensure: • Professional certification in specialty area preferred. Pay Range: USD $44.37 - USD $66.11 /Hr. Responsibilities Strategic and Tactical Consulting and Advising Provides strategic and tactical HR support to defined customer group.
