This role will serve as the operational backbone of Product, ensuring alignment between product investments, cross-functional execution, launch readiness, and measurable business outcomes. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, Product Management, or a related discipline within a software organization. • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams. • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and operational best practices. • Experience creating KPI frameworks, operational dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting. • Demonstrated ability to connect product initiatives with business objectives and measurable outcomes. • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, business intelligence platforms, or similar reporting solutions. • Experience with operational and product development tools including Jira, Confluence, or comparable platforms. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
