Nasburg Huggins Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate in Coos Bay, Oregon, is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. Job Description You will work closely with our Commercial Lines Manager and Account Executives to support a diverse book of commercial clients. This role includes handling submissions, proposals, servicing, and renewals in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities are assisting as follows: Prepare the applications for the submission with underwriting information provided by the producer Daily ongoing relationship with Commercial Lines Account Manager and Commercial Lines Manager regarding specific deadlines and ongoing projects/tasks Work with the service staff to meet timeline (deadlines) Work with assigned Commercial Lines Account Manager and Account Executive on marketing procedures with discussed selected markets Follow up with Markets for quotations. Create the proposal under the direction of the Account Executive Check for any discrepancy’s in submissions, proposals or other presentations Make any proposal changes and quotations from client meeting with the Account Executive Work with Account Executive to provide final documentation on for a customer Obtain information and produce Certificate issuance for customers. Check policies with Submission/quotation/proposal Invoice and follow up on billing Check endorsements against Account Executive requests Qualifications Active P&C license required 3–4 years of commercial lines experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Experience with AMS360 and carrier rating software preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines Why you should apply Nasburg Huggins Insurance Agency has over 100 years of local history, ownership and experience and is co-owned and affiliated with Leavitt Group Enterprises, one of the nation’s largest privately-owned insurance brokerage companies.
