The role: You'll be responsible for developing, and deploying new features and frameworks, focusing on high-performance implementations without neglecting the user experience on our Samples software. Samples is an operational tool helping fashion and luxury brands manage their collection launches. It helps them manage and track their physical assets in order to optimize opportunities and reduce losses. You’ll work in PHP on the server side and the framework Laravel, Typescript/Javascript, React or Vue on the client side, and a number of other languages, frameworks, and tools in between. You will be responsible for writing clean, reusable and efficient code. You will work closely with other developers, Product Designer, QA Engineers and Product Managers in a collaborative and energetic environment. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain back-end systems using the latest versions of PHP, MySQL, and the Laravel framework, and front-end components and features using React, Vue.js, and implement efficient bundling/building processes using esbuild or equivalent tools. • Collaborate with the design and product teams to deliver user-friendly interfaces and ensure seamless user experiences. • Design, develop, and maintain APIs to support front-end functionalities and ensure high performance and responsiveness. • Perform code reviews, write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and actively participate in problem-solving and architectural decisions with the rest of the team. • Write and maintain unit tests for both front-end and back-end code to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability. • Advocate for and implement best practices in front-end development, including code structure, performance optimizations, and emerging technologies. • Monitor and maintain the tech stack and dependencies using npm & composer, ensuring their stability, security, and efficiency. • Keep documentation up to date, ensuring clear and comprehensive information for the codebase, APIs, and system architecture. Manage key client relationships to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention, lead account reviews, deliver training, gather feedback for product teams, and identify upsell opportunities. | Minimum 2 years Customer Success experience, BA/BS degree or equivalent, strong technical aptitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities. | ABOUT THE ROLE The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the relationship with our customers. This role is responsible for managing key client relationships and ensuring client adoption, satisfaction, and retention across the board, ensuring the successful set-up and kick-off for new clients and paving the way for solid system adoption. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Be an expert on system functions and features to become a strategic advisor for clients, continuously driving product value and ROI. • Assist in pre-sales system demonstrations and technical meetings and complete necessary SOWs for customisations and/or integration requirements. • Ensure that appropriate client contacts, documentation, reviews and projects, and risk are added to Gainsight and is kept up-to-date regularly. • Lead regular account reviews with clients to ensure proper usage of the system, maintain communication on updates. • Gather local client feedback and deliver feedback to product teams and to help prioritise projects and shape product roadmap. • Anticipate and monitor dissatisfied accounts and ensure problems/issues are dealt with swiftly and appropriately. • Complete all client follow-up training and adoption activities as well as system updates and changes to ensure renewal and growth. • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross sell and nurture them through to handover to the sales team. • Evaluate and document implementation plans and specifications. Project-manage incoming client requests alongside product, acting as the voice of the client. ABOUT YOU Who You Are • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, or related field. • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in Customer Success or another related role. • Ability to perform within a fast-paced, multi priority setting. • Customer-first mentality; ability to empathize and build customer loyalty. • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly. Must be able to think strategically about change management and system integration. • Excellent interpersonal skills for phone troubleshooting and writing skills through email. Extra Credit: • Experience working with/in the Fashion, Luxury, Beauty or PR space. • Exposure to global customers and an understanding of international markets is desirable. • Experience with delivering on-site training and webinars.
