Greet patients, collect pre-op info, prepare surgical charts, assist OR staff, manage supplies, and run errands. | Minimum 2 years administrative or relevant experience, professional appearance, good communication, reliable, organized, flexible, and must live within 10 miles of Beverly Hills. | An established surgical center in the heart of Beverly Hills is seeking a welcoming, organized receptionist to join our dedicated staff. If you are an organized, personable, self-starter we'd love for you to apply! As the first face our patients see you must be committed to upholding the high standards we provide for our patients while enjoying doing so. You are the eyes and ears of the clinic and must be able to interact with multiple personality types and roles. It is important to note that this role is for the surgery center, not a doctor's office; patient interaction is minimal, but vital a good experience is provided. Collect pre-op information and prepare surgical charts. Communicate with surgical patients and their guest while in surgery. Generate and maintain spreadsheets, forms and checklist. Assist OR Staff with creating and copying forms as needed. Monitor and manage office / kitchen / bathroom supplies, assist in ordering. Run outside office errands. Compensation: The range for this role is set between $23-$26 per hour and an offer will be made commensurate with experience.
