You’ll lead a team to help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Compensation: $20 + Bonuses Responsibilities: • Lead, coach, and manage a team of telemarketing representatives responsible for outbound prospecting and lead qualification • Oversee daily call activity, ensuring compliance with scripts, quality standards, and company policies • Develop and refine calling strategies to generate high-quality prospects for transfer to loan officers • Monitor key performance metrics including call volume, contact rate, transfer rate, and conversion quality • Train team members on effective communication, objection handling, and lead qualification criteria • Collaborate closely with loan officers and sales leadership to align prospecting efforts with business goals • Conduct regular call monitoring, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new telemarketing staff to productivity • Ensure compliance with TCPA, Do Not Call regulations, and internal compliance standards • Manage schedules, attendance, and productivity to maximize coverage and results • Prepare and present reports on team performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI • Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on accountability and results Qualifications: • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills About Company Lakeview Lending is a growing brokerage committed to delivering exceptional loan services to clients.
