Job Description We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare to join our team. In this mission driven role, you will join a small team in a long established national company. You will secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the healthcare space. You will be prospecting children’s hospitals, autism service providers, pediatric physician groups, and your region’s largest health system on a regular basis to build relationships, discover opportunities, and increase annual spend. Applicants should possess friendliness, sharp presentation skills and the ability to speak to customer needs at all levels, including healthcare professionals, administrators, organizational leaders, and key project stakeholders. The ideal candidate also has a strong work ethic, a start-up mentality and the ability to perform outstanding work from home and in the field. A day on the job looks like this: • Responsible for a designated geographical area (TX, NM, AZ, and LA) • Partnering with Sales leadership to form, modify and prospect weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales strategies • Pursuing relationships with healthcare organizational leaders/key decision-makers to support cutting-edge pediatric healthcare environments • Maintaining an ongoing awareness of local, state and national trends around autism and pediatric therapy; funding opportunities, top targets expansion activities, overall market dynamics, and payer ASD reimbursements changes and forecast • Participating in local, state and national conferences to promote the Lakeshore brand • Nurturing strong relationship skills with Internal and External Partners • Communicating respectfully, effectively, concisely and with clarity to all Inside Partners in regular meetings with a variety of internal HQ departments and sales channels to streamline communication, build relationships and increase sales • Partnering with Sales, Retail and our Professional Services Group to support the needs of children in healthcare environments Qualifications Got the skills and experience?
