Lead and coordinate short-term projects by gathering requirements, improving processes, managing timelines, and supporting issue resolution in a remote Agile environment. | Proven project management experience with strong Agile knowledge, excellent communication, and ability to lead cross-functional remote teams. | Job Title: Project Manager (Remote) Duration: Short-Term Contract Location: Remote Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate short-term initiatives, working closely with business users and product teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in requirement gathering, process improvement, and Agile project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business users and product teams to capture and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, data and process analysis. • Research and document current business processes, design to-be processes, and perform gap analyses to identify areas for improvement. • Translate business requirements into actionable plans, maintaining a clear and prioritized backlog or business requirements document. • Create and maintain project documentation including use cases, user stories, specifications, and process diagrams. • Define acceptance criteria with stakeholders, coordinate testing, and ensure issue resolution. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple teams and products. • Support troubleshooting and ensure issues are prioritized, tracked, and closed efficiently. • Assist in backlog prioritization based on business value, risk, and time to value. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Project Manager handling business and IT transformation or product development projects. • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, and documentation. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment Job Types: Contract, Temporary Work Location: Remote
