The ideal candidate will have strong skills in requirement gathering, process improvement, and Agile project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business users and product teams to capture and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, data and process analysis. • Research and document current business processes, design to-be processes, and perform gap analyses to identify areas for improvement. • Translate business requirements into actionable plans, maintaining a clear and prioritized backlog or business requirements document. • Create and maintain project documentation including use cases, user stories, specifications, and process diagrams. • Define acceptance criteria with stakeholders, coordinate testing, and ensure issue resolution. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple teams and products. • Support troubleshooting and ensure issues are prioritized, tracked, and closed efficiently. • Assist in backlog prioritization based on business value, risk, and time to value. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Project Manager handling business and IT transformation or product development projects. • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, and documentation. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment Job Types: Contract, Temporary Work Location: Remote
