Support the creative team in developing visual content, managing samples, coordinating photoshoots, and providing administrative support. | Minimum 5 years in creative industries, experience managing photo studios and teams, strong communication, and organizational skills. | Job Summary In this entry-level role, you will work closely with our Art Director and creative team to support the development and execution of captivating visual content. Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Support the creative team in the development and execution of engaging visual content, including but not limited to mood boards, lookbooks, editorial campaigns, and social media assets. • Assist stylists to prep and steam looks as well as dress models on set. • Sample management: receive and organize incoming product samples, ensuring they are properly labeled and tracked. • Maintain an accurate and up to date inventory of all samples. • Assist in the coordination of photoshoots, including location scouting, prop selection, and model casting. • Contribute creative ideas and suggestions during brainstorming sessions to enhance the overall aesthetic of our brand. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide innovative insights for future projects. • Provide general administrative support to the creative team, such as scheduling meetings for the Art Director, managing calendars, and organizing documents. • Run errands: Occasionally, you may be required to run errands such as picking up props, wardrobe items, or equipment from vendors. • Weekend availability: Be willing to work on weekends when necessary, understanding that some photoshoots may be scheduled during these times. • General understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) and Dropbox. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years producing within Creative industries. • Must have experience managing photo studios. • Must have experience managing a team. • Demonstrated experience managing and leading a team. • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and concepts to team members. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed. • Takes direction and constructive critiques well while also having the ability to work autonomously and provide self-direction when needed. • Resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within our exciting company. • High energy and positive attitude. Lead store operations and team to meet sales and operational goals, promote brand culture, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies. | At least 3 years managerial experience, preferably in women's apparel retail, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems, and ability to perform physical tasks. | Summary: The role of the Store Manager is to lead the store team to meet and exceed all sales and operational goals and ensure KPI’s are achieved. In addition, this individual is client and brand centric with all efforts. With the goal of supporting client, this individual is a passionate brand ambassador who is responsible for promoting brand with clients, partners and within their city. This role will act as a representative of L’AGENCE in the daily business operations of the store and support all store initiatives. Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy: • Be an ambassador to the brand and promote the culture of L’AGENCE internally and externally • Drive financial success and through understanding and action planning improvements within Retail KPI’s • Ensure floor coverage, financial targets, visual merchandising standards, client service, and operational functions within the store both front of house and back of house are planned for and achieved to the needs of the business • Partner with cross functional partners including Stores within network, Operations, Visual Team, CRM, Retail Training, HR, Merchandise teams, regional management to maintain and accelerate the business forward • Create and execute business plans to accelerate the business forward and remedy opportunities • Ensure store atmosphere upholds the image of the brand • Create and maintain a positive work environment with teams and throughout store network including cross functional partners Client: • CRM - Ensure acquisition and retention of clients are key focuses and as such create and cultivate client relationships for the store and brand overall • Be sure that you and your teams deliver the best possible client experience with every type of engagement (in store, virtual, alternate mediums) throughout the client journey • Solution oriented approach to finding resolutions to customer service issues • Manage Client Consignment business, ensuring a quick turnaround, strong take rate, and timely return of merchandise Marketing: • In partnership with Store Teams and HQ, create and bring to life activations/ events in the store that seek client acquisition and focus on client retention/ development • Build a local network of tastemakers, stylists, marketing, business partners who have an impact on local that will promote brand and build client loyalty and retention Team: • Continually ensure that work schedules are aligned with store goals • Ability to manage and resolve conflict in the workplace • Attract, retain talent for the retail store location • Continually coach, motivate, train and develop internal teams so they achieve performance goals and are set up for success with growth opportunities within the organization • Attend and lead store meetings as required by the business • Ensure that all the processes are compliant with legal, safety, and internal procedure Operations: • Support and ensure accuracy of overall physical inventory including regular Cycle Counts, inventory reconciliation and adjustments are completed in accordance to company guidelines • Initiate and ensure completion of merchandise receipts and transfer requests • Protect all company assets including cash handling, inventory, expenses etc. • Additional projects/ responsibilities may arise in accordance with the needs of the business Requirements: • At least 3+ years of experience in a managerial position • Experience within women’s apparel retail preferred, ideally within Contemporary or Luxury • Ability to effectively create, manage and adhere to deadlines • Familiar with key retail performance indicators • Adaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionate • Advanced organizational skills, writing and communication skills • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and POS software • Comfortable and savvy with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices • Travel approximately 10% of the time • Ability to climb ladders • Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
