Position Summary: KSM is expanding our audit and assurance capabilities with a role focused on optimizing firmwide use of Inflo (a cloud-based audit platform that supports data‑driven audit procedures and standardized workflow and engagement documentation). KSM is currently in the process of implementing Inflo to our audit group; this is a permanent, ongoing role that will help lead the rollout and long‑term optimization. Working closely with the audit director leading this initiative, the manager will customize Inflo for multiple industries, develop and embed methodology into our template packs, drive adoption through training and best practices, and partner with engagement teams and Inflo to continuously improve the platform and our KSM processes. Responsibilities: Translate US auditing standards (GAAS) and KSM methodology and policies into clear, practical procedures within Inflo. Configure and maintain Inflo template packs and workprograms for multiple industries (i.e., not-for-profit, governmental, manufacturing, real estate, and trucking), ensuring consistent quality and scalability. Design and deliver live and on-demand training; develop curricula for new hires and experienced staff. Create and maintain a library of best practices and how‑to content; share tips and patterns that improve efficiency and quality. Monitor Inflo support tickets from engagement teams; troubleshoot issues; partner with Inflo support and product to resolve; communicate fixes and workarounds. Lead testing/pilots of new Inflo features; gather feedback; manage phased rollouts; update documentation and training materials. Build trusted relationships with partners and engagement teams; solicit feedback; prioritize the roadmap; communicate timelines and expectations. Plan and execute projects with clear milestones; drive change adoption using structured approaches. Requirements/Qualifications: 5-10 years of public accounting audit experience. Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting. Strong working knowledge of US auditing standards (GAAS) and practical application on audit engagements. Experience planning and delivering training programs. Demonstrated experience across multiple client industries is a plus. Experience with Inflo is a plus but not required. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; able to influence without authority and collaborate across levels. Organized, solutions-focused, and innovative; able to learn quickly and work independently with strong time management skills. CPA licensed or working towards obtaining CPA license. Position Summary: Katz, Sapper & Miller (KSM) has an Associate opportunity to join their growing Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team. This role provides a dynamic & flexible environment, with learning opportunities in working with private equity and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements. The KSM TAS team will provide the opportunity to drive your own career path & advancement. As an Associate you will have the opportunity to work in an energetic atmosphere, actively participating in assessing target’s quality of earnings, cash flows, working capital, key business drivers through analyzing financial details and discussions with management and their advisors. Responsibilities: Assist team members in providing financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses and aid in the evaluation of the potential transaction in the context of the client's investment thesis. Advise both strategic and private equity buyers/sellers by identifying and analyzing business and financial risks or opportunities throughout the acquisition, disposition, or restructuring of the target company. Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze target company's detailed financial and operational data to identify financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, & working capital considerations. Participate in meetings and site visits with target company management, interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent financial analysis information. Assist in the build of deal reports and presentations for clients that highlight key financial and operations findings that may impact or drive client's investment thesis. Work on multiple projects of varying size & complexity.
