Manage and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, oversee website and CMS management, develop brand messaging, optimize paid media campaigns, and analyze campaign performance. | 4-6 years of digital marketing experience with proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, CRM and marketing automation tools, strong collaboration and project management skills. | Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development Execution • Create, manage, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (search, social, display, email, and more). • Work closely alongside marketing colleagues and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with corporate sales and business objectives. Website, CMS, Marketing Automation • Oversee global website management, ensuring accurate content, SEO optimization, user experience, and lead capturing strategies. • Manage CMS data entry, segmentation, and reporting structure towards ensuring complete accuracy for campaign targeting, analytics and overall performance. • Design and maintain automated email marketing campaigns and nurturing workflows to guide MQLs through the sales funnel. Content Brand Messaging • Develop and manage digital content calendar across responsible platforms. • Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and messaging across all digital and social touchpoints. • Partner with stakeholders to help create share engaging marketing content including blogs, social posts, webinars, interactive content, landing pages, and campaign assets. Pipeline Generation Traffic • Responsible for executing and managing all aspects of paid media campaigns (PPC, social ads, retargeting, display). • Optimize ad spend and placements to increase volume of qualified leads and maximize ROI. • Track online behaviors, lead quality, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition to inform of tactical and strategic adjustments. Analytics, Insights ROI • Monitor and report on KPIs and platform performance using tools such as analytics platforms and campaign dashboards. • Perform ROI analysis of all digital campaigns and present data-driven recommendations for future strategies. • Provide ongoing reporting of and proposed adjustments on marketing funnel performance, lead generation efforts, and campaign effectiveness. & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Min. 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaign execution, lead generation and use of related AI-powered tools. • Proficiency in Google Ads and Tag Mgr, SEO tools, social media advertising platforms, Salesforce/Account Engagement, and other email marketing/automation software or AI-powered tools. • Strong understanding of digital campaign management, inbound marketing, and CRM systems. • Ability to collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive strategy alignment. • Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills, & Success Indicators • Increased qualified lead generation and conversion rates. • Consistent growth in website traffic and engagement. • Demonstrated ROI improvements across paid and organic marketing channels. • Strong alignment of marketing and sales through coordinated campaigns. • Timely execution of campaign and content calendars with consistent brand messaging.
