Support daily maintenance operations and oversee Supervisors and Technicians ensuring compliance and equipment reliability. | High school diploma, 3+ years supervisory experience, 4+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing, leadership and organizational skills required. | • Responsible for supporting daily maintenance operations, and providing oversight for Supervisors and Technicians. • Ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, HAZMAT. • Ensure maintenance and repairs meet Company, state and federal policies and procedures. • Work with supervisors to maximize equipment reliability while minimizing costs. • All other relevant duties to the job. • High School Diploma required. • 3+ years supervisory experience required. • 4+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required. • Excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement. • Excellent organization skills.
Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move palletized products while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy. | Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment with knowledge of safety rules and inventory procedures. | • Operate various lift trucks; loading and unloading palletized product, and moving product within the facility. • Transport material and equipment according to production and shipping schedules. • Unload and load trailers and straight trucks. • Stack product in storage bays, following inventory control instructions. • Ensure secure loads, complying with Company safety rules and regulations. • Complete Daily Operator's Checklist for lift trucks. • Inspect finished goods prior to loading for shipment, ensuring pallets and packaging are in excellent condition. • Use RF guns to scan inventory, receive materials, update inventory, and scan and verify orders. • Maintain cleanliness and order within dock, freezer and storage zones. • All other relevant duties as assigned. • Forklift Operator experience required. • Knowledge of and ability to operate forklift, and other material handling equipment.
