As a Junior Product Lead you will help to develop innovation in OEB (Own Exclusive Brand) to be more agile in new product development and be more impactful on performance. What's the job? Use insight to create and maintain an exciting and competitive Category OEB range Understand the potential additions to the banners 'ask', to take the OEB range to the full potential Have full visibility of Banners full ranges for insight purposes Project manage all selected OEB projects/ranges from concept through to delivery Lead a cross functional expert team (designers, engineers, quality, brand, packaging etc.) across OEB Range development and validation Leads on Identifying NPD, input into eligibility criteria, Selling data, Comms brief and Product Validation Identify commercial potential for my OEB range by analysing relevant data for trends and insights Identify requirements for OEB product development projects by using the Business Category direction and all the customer insights gained. In this role, you will support the Operational Finance Manager and Group Functions Financial Control team in managing the day-to-day operations, reporting, and budgeting for our UK group functions. You will play a key role in assisting with management accounting for our entities, ensuring GNFR (Goods Not for Resale) processes are effective, and providing valuable support to business owners. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for finance who is eager to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. What's the job?
