The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as you will be responsible for managing various marketing channels and campaigns. Responsibilities • Develop and implement multichannel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences. • Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. • Conduct SEO research and optimization to improve website traffic and search engine rankings. • Collaborate with the sales team on advertising sales initiatives and promotional campaigns. • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing marketing materials for both digital and print advertising. • Oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns. • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future strategies. • Assist in budgeting for marketing initiatives and track expenses against allocated budgets. • Support e-commerce activities by optimizing product listings and managing online promotions. • Work with WordPress for website updates, content management, and basic HTML adjustments. Requirements • Proven experience in digital marketing, B2B marketing, or performance marketing. • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and techniques. • Proficiency in copywriting with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences. • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and email marketing best practices. • Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively. • Experience in product management is a plus. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
