This role involves operating various equipment, assisting with assembly processes, and maintaining safety and quality standards within a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will have prior factory or warehouse experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with hand tools and power tools. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop manufacturing skills and contribute to the production of high-quality products. Duties • Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery, including forklifts and power tools, following safety protocols. • Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling components using hand tools and mechanical knowledge. • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations. • Support warehouse operations such as loading, unloading, and moving materials using forklifts or manual handling techniques. • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards promptly. • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently while maintaining high safety standards. Qualifications • Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred. • Mechanical knowledge or experience working with assembly lines is advantageous. • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts is a plus. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills related to manufacturing processes. • Prior experience with warehouse operations or assembly work is beneficial.
