Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery • Lead multi-disciplinary design teams (mechanical, electrical, structural, architecture, civil, and specialty disciplines) on complex building projects. • Manage projects through all phases: conceptual, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction support. • Develop and maintain project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations. • Ensure projects meet technical, quality, safety, constructability, and client expectations. Qualifications • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 12+ years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and design of building systems with progressive project leadership responsibilities. • At least 5 years experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering and architecture teams through all phases of design from proposal to final construction. • Experience delivering projects in one or more of the following sectors: • Federal / Government • Healthcare • Mission Critical (Data Centers/Water/Wastewater) • Sports & Entertainment • Transit & Aviation • Education • Nuclear • Industrial • Power • Strong understanding of design-build delivery methods and integrated project delivery. • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
