Responsibilities We are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as an Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate who is passionate about computer networking technology, eager to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will work closely with experienced sales professionals to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and build strong relationships. You’ll gain hands-on experience in account management, sales strategy, and customer engagement while gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies in networking, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and data center environments. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing customer accounts and supporting sales activities. Learn to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, quotes and reports. Help track sales opportunities and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. Participate in sales calls, training sessions, and customer visits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, and engineering. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and to meet sales objectives. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong interest in computer networking technology, customer service, and sales. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Responsibilities: The Entry-Level Services Account Manager will be trained in proven sales methodologies to support and grow service sales for Keysight’s hardware and software products across a wide range of customer roles—from technicians to executives. Responsibilities include: • Supporting the sale of new service agreements, renewals, and upgrades to existing service contracts. • Building and maintaining customer relationships, learning to influence long-term strategic direction, and becoming a trusted advisor. • Assisting in the development and execution of account strategies to uncover services business growth opportunities. • Learning to navigate complex selling processes and supporting customers through the sales journey. • Understanding customer requirements on both business and technical levels to help ensure comprehensive service coverage. • Contributing to account plans and gaining deep knowledge of the Keysight Services portfolio to help build a strong funnel of annuity business. • Collaborating with account managers, service delivery partners, and executive staff to ensure customer value and success.
