About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GTM Specialist to drive the execution of demand generation campaigns for our Software businesses. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing initiatives designed by the campaign strategy team, ensuring seamless multi-channel execution, data-driven performance tracking, and pipeline impact. Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Implementation • Deploy and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, content syndication and webinars. • Manage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) to execute targeted nurture programs and campaigns. • Implement automated workflows to accelerate lead-to-customer conversion. • Own the communication calendar and coordinate localized and vertical-specific campaigns across regions and industries. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with the campaign strategy and Product Marketing teams to turn high-level GTM plans into tactical, measurable campaigns. • Partner with Sales and SDR teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and effective follow-up processes. Performance Monitoring & Optimization • Track key marketing metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, pipeline contribution, and ARR impact. • Use A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve campaign effectiveness. • Analyze data from Google Analytics, Salesforce, and BI tools to refine campaign performance. Marketing Operations & Enablement • * Maintain and optimize campaign workflows, segmentation, and attribution models • Ensure data hygiene and alignment across CRM, ABM platforms, and analytics tools. • Support the creation of sales enablement content to enhance lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in managing marketing technology stacks and tools. • Strong understanding of marketing processes and workflow automation. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data governance. • Excellent communication and training skills. • Experience with database management and data quality practices is a plus Platform proficiency • HubSpot Marketing Hub • Salesforce Sales Cloud • Reporting tools including PowerBI, Tableau • BigMarker, Demandbase Nice to have • Hands-on expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce). • Experience in developing and optimizing email campaigns and webinars • Strong understanding of SaaS customer journeys, including free trials, PLG (product-led growth), and conversion funnels. Responsibilities Responsibilities: The Entry-Level Services Account Manager will be trained in proven sales methodologies to support and grow service sales for Keysight’s hardware and software products across a wide range of customer roles—from technicians to executives. Responsibilities include: • Supporting the sale of new service agreements, renewals, and upgrades to existing service contracts. • Building and maintaining customer relationships, learning to influence long-term strategic direction, and becoming a trusted advisor. • Assisting in the development and execution of account strategies to uncover services business growth opportunities. • Learning to navigate complex selling processes and supporting customers through the sales journey. • Understanding customer requirements on both business and technical levels to help ensure comprehensive service coverage. • Contributing to account plans and gaining deep knowledge of the Keysight Services portfolio to help build a strong funnel of annuity business. • Collaborating with account managers, service delivery partners, and executive staff to ensure customer value and success.
